Faweather Grange Cancellation Policy

Standard terms

  • 50% deposit due at time of booking and 50% due 12 weeks before arrival (or full amount due at time of booking if the booking date is within 12 weeks prior to arrival).
  • If you cancel 12 weeks or more before the booking you will be entitled to a refund of deposit minus a £25 admin fee.
  • If you cancel within the 12 week period before your booking you will lose your deposit unless the lodge is re let minus a £25 admin fee.
  • We strongly advise you take your own holiday insurance.

Covid 19 updated terms valid for 2021 only

  • If Faweather Grange is forced to close due to national restrictions or restrictions in our local area (Bradford council district) then you will be entitled to a full refund of money paid or a transfer of your funds to a future date.
  • If you are unable to travel to Faweather grange due to local restrictions in your area you will be entitled to a transfer of funds to a future booking or refund if the lodge is re-let. (A minimum of 48 hours notice is required).
  • If you test positive for Covid, using a PCR test, and therefore can’t travel to us you will be entitled to a transfer of funds paid to a future booking. (A minimum of 48 hours notice is required along with a valid PCR test from the NHS).  Please inform us if you are symptomatic or have come into contact with someone who is positive before travelling to us if your stay is imminent. (Please note LFT tests are not recognised as valid proof of a positive test. We require a PCR report form with your name displayed).

Please note we reserve the right to turn you away if you are displaying the symptoms of Covid 19 on arrival. if our team deem necessary we will carry out a temperature check and insist on you taking an LFT test from the local testing centre (results within 30 minutes) if you present symptoms prior to you gaining access to the lodge. If you present symptoms and refuse you will not be allowed to stay. It will be left to Faweather Grange’s discretion as to whether you will be entitled to any money back should you attempt to arrive whilst having symptoms.
